Anne Burrell
Anne W. Burrell is a American TV chef and an instructor from the Institute of Culinary Education. She's the host of Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network and the co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Ann Burrell's Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant chef and her distinctive spikey blonde locks and pump up personality, provides easy techniques anybody can learn. Burrell is a chef who has been in the kitchen for a long time. Burrell is also an experienced chef of New York City's best restaurants. Additionally, she has explored Italy's cuisine and culture, and the surrounding landscape. As a youngster, living in the New York's Upstate region, Burrell became passionate about food and cooking. She pursued her love of food and restaurant by enroling at The Culinary Institute of America following the completion of a bachelor's degree in English as well as Communication at Canisius College, Buffalo NY. I enjoyed every moment that I was a student in The Culinary Institute of America she states. I couldn't be more educated or accomplished in my studies. When I graduated of the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, Chef Burrell was able to spend a whole year in Italy doing research and working at La Taverna del Lupo restaurant located in Umbria and La Bottega del 30 one Michelin star in Tuscany. While in Italy, Chef Burrell gained an appreciation and knowledge of Italian culinary traditions. This had an enormous effect on the way she thinks about food. Burrell was a part of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board that aims to make a difference in the lives of kids facing difficulties. Additionally, she is a Juvenile Research Foundation Celebrity Ambassador where she advocates for awareness of juvenile diabetes. She speaks about her cooking love and imparts her expertise in the culinary world, as she regularly goes on trips across the USA in various roles such as mentors and speakers. Through her culinary adventures, Anne has always said I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to share what I love most to others.
